As a key member of our engineering team, you will work on a range of projects in all stages from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is both a strong engineer and an excellent collaborator. Knowledge of and experience in building design and drawing delivery is required. Experience in multiple structure types - steel, concrete, timber, and masonry - is desired, though if you're not experienced in a certain building type, you will be exposed to it with us. Strong communication, both internally with our project team members, and externally with architects, owners and contractors is also required. Experience with multiple engineering analysis and design software suites is desired. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for structural design (both hands-on and supervisory to design engineers) and for ensuring that the design is correctly and adequately delivered on the contract documents. The ideal candidate is an ambitious early-career engineer looking to work on larger and more complex projects than his/her current role allows.
