Position Description: We are looking for a highly-skilled structural engineer with a demonstrated history of success working on health care projects, higher education projects, or existing building seismic evaluation and retrofit projects in California, to join our Orange office. This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who excels in both technical leadership and business development while also being passionate about mentoring staff.
Principals are leaders of the firm and are expected to mentor and develop technical staff, effectively manage engineering projects, and successfully develop client relationships and obtain projects.
Primary Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required. Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 13 years of education and engineering experience in the structural, seismic, or forensic engineering fields beyond BS degree.
- California Civil Engineering license required. Registration as a Structural Engineer preferred.
