Position DescriptionSupport the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of damaged residential and light commercial structures across California. This role will join our established Northern California Forensics team while helping expand and represent our growing Southern California presence. The position focuses on developing jurisdictionally compliant construction documents, evaluating existing conditions, and supporting insurance-funded repair projects. Travel throughout the region is expected to interface directly with clients and collaborators. The candidate is expected to develop durable client relationships through strong performance, responsiveness, a flexible schedule and good business practices Primary Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering emphasis, preferred Masters Degree - 10+ years relevant experience with a stable job history. - California Civil Engineering license, Preferred Structural Engineering license - Experience building durable client relationships in the Forensics market, including Insurance Adjustors, Reconstruction Contractors, and Attorneys. - Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
